Sean draws storyboards with good looking women.
They're usually drawn freehand with a dignified
attractiveness that sells commercials and he brings the
same concerns to all his subjects. In his storyboards he
tries to avoid gimmicks and techniques which interfere
with the emotional connection of viewer and subject.
The drawing at right was part a winning pitch to develop
a series of commercials for a skin care product.

Sean measures the success of his storyboard, animatic
and comp drawings by whether they sell and create
success for the art director, agency and client and that's
his primary concern as a storyboard artist when taking
on a project.

Sean Farrell is a native New Yorker who lived and
worked in NYC and Minneapolis before settling in
Ohio and joining together the wonderfully talented
storyboard artists of Aboveboards.
